Pick-Ups- There will be a 7 day hold on pickup items, If they are not picked up within that timeframe, it will be considered a donation to the business and there will be no refunds. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange pick up day and time!
Shipping- Items are made fresh by hand. Orders placed will be shipped only on Mondays and Thursdays! If you order after those days, it will be in the next round of shipments. Also, once orders are given to USPS or other shipping carrier, the package is considered out of our hands. Please try to reach out to the shipping companies first for refund before emailing the business. Once its determined there was an issue with your order, it can be reshipped for free.
Damages: If there are any damages to your order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org showing proof of damages, and your order can be resent for free.
Returns/Refunds: Items are made fresh and by hand. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return to the address on the label. Once return is received, you can receive a refund for the items unopened and unused. If your package says “delivered” after 7 days, you can no longer return your packages/items. Gift cards are non-returnable! Sale items cannot be refunded!
Lost Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
